Hola fer... si esa era mi primera cuenta, y sin saberlo subi fotos que no se estaban libres (obviamente me bloquearon la cuenta sin previo aviso).. I notice you just Flickr reviewed this image and marked it as a copyvio. The source image is no longer as the Flickr user has changed the licensing option on this image. This does not change the fact though that it was originally a CC image, this fact is semi-confirmed by the original size being available as a link originally. That is irrevocable. (FWIW, I created this edit from Image:LA_Skyz.jpg this image that someone else had uploaded from Flickr. Hola Fernando. Vi que hablabas en español, entonces decidi preguntarte algo con respecto a commons.

En las wikipedias francesas e inglesas vi muchas fotografias, imagenes y logos de partidos políticos. Y me preguntaba si yo puedo subirlos a commons con mi sesión para poder usarlas en la wikipedia en español. O si esta prohibido?

Subir una foto derivada de otra existente en commons[edit]

Hola Fernando, espero que estés bien, yo estoy desesperado, no sé qué hacer. Yo intente subir un archivo que es solo una sección del a foto original subida en commons (ésta).

Estoy usando la herramienta externa de subir trabajos derivados pero en uno de los pasos me he quedado trabado, me dice para completar la información del autor o algo así, aquí te envió una captura, cuando le doy clic al botón "upload file" me sale ésta otra ventana.

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

¿Es lícito?[edit]

Dispongo de varios volúmenes de una Historia de Alemania editada en los años 90 del siglo XX. Contiene imágenes impresas correspondientes a originales entre el siglo XIII y el XIX. ¿Sería lícito que las escaneara y luego las subiera a Commons?
