@Thibaut120094:  Delete No need to contest, COM:TOO Taiwan is lower than US, any logos that contain calligraphic Chinese texts are simply beyond it. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 11:39, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Oh you’re right, sorry. --Thibaut (talk) 12:00, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Thibaut120094: Wait, I might be the wrong one, not you. This logo is from Malaysia, not Taiwan. (So what's the TOO situation in Malaysia? @白布飘扬, Wcam, Chongkian, SNN95, and Jayraj15: @Tofeiku, MYMMMC, Jbtonystark, *angys*, and Bejinhan: ). --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 12:25, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Although Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Malaysia does not offer a direct description of Malaysia's TOO, as Malaysia was a British colony until 1957 and has a common law legal system (see Commons:Threshold_of_originality#Common_law_countries), the TOO may be assumed to be on the lower side (i.e. more like UK). --Wcam (talk) 12:35, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Wcam: But it may also be possible to enlarged to US-like, e.g. India, and I assume that this is why CRT Malaysia page doesn't have such a TOO section, since still lack of knowledges from local community. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 12:40, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
PS: A confusing case: the Petronas logo before 2013 (ver.1) says {{PD-ineligible}}, but after 2013 (ver.2) can only be "fair used"? Something should be clarified, at least before I nominate that Petronas old logo for deletion. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 12:44, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete, I can only assume that the logo is beyond the threshold of originality unless the court rule something against it. But may transfer back to ms-wiki for fair use. --白布飘扬 (talk) 14:33, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete again, let's believe Wcam's rationale that Malaysia has a very low TOO. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:41, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, difficult decision, but If I'd start to redraw the logo, then I would be in difficulties. Solution is not obvious. I delete the file as complex logo. Taivo (talk) 16:10, 1 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
